Thai Asian Peanut DipIngredients
1/2 cup of Jozi's Classic Peanut Butter
1/3 cup reduced-fat, firm silken tofu
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 garlic clove, crushed
Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
